Fonts used: Bukhari Script - fontfabric, Museo Slab - exljbris. I've updated and unified the colour pallet used throughout, and included a separate file including shade and gradient swatches. Improved layer organisation - rebuilt from the ground up, not only for your ease of use, but also far easier to update from my end. There were some objects included in the first iteration that perhaps didn't fit the map theme. - Thank you for your continued support! - More flora and terrain options for creating more diverse regions - More map elements for endless map styles New colour palette - I originally designed the pack using a frankly, sub-par monitor - as a result, the images ended up looking very muted on standardised screens. Well, not gone exactly, just discontinued rather. Most have been incorporated into objects that do fit in with map making and city building. However, since rebuilding and optimising the set, alongside setting up some auto-export scripts, updating while keeping this accessibility should be much easier going forward. I would also welcome your feedback in terms of other formats which may be more useful. Over 550 more objects - now includes 666 individual items - More road options including easily-customisable custom strokes or .abr brush file for illustrator - More transport objects including multi-region service vehicles, more options for street decoration etc - More building variety including new housing, public buildings and regional variations. New maps - 9 sample maps along with land mass swatches for you to easily create your own custom maps. Happy mapping! I have included the original zip file for legacy users that wish for whatever reason still want the old pack. This is something that is a work in progress, see note below about updates! I wanted to keep this pack as accessible as possible for those without Adobe/Vector software, however, this was the one aspect holding me back updating as it was the most lengthy and time-consuming process. --- What's Gone? Help file - I've included a pdf as a guide on how to: - How to recolour objects and some tips on choosing colour palettes - How to edit custom strokes and create different road styles --- What's Included? Please note, there are currently approximately 75 new objects I need to add and will be slowly adding these as often as I can. - .ai - Grouped Files now divided into 6 categories for easier navigation - .eps - Grouped files also in 6 categories - .abr - Illustrator brush file for roads and track styles stroke styles still included, however older users were finding issues with alignment of road pieces - .png - individual, transparent png images for quick use on other platforms. --- Mockups from: pixden, graphic burger, zippypixels. While these few objects still available in the original file, I will not be updating these anymore. Many thanks, any comments and questions below or in my inbox. Please note, however, I'm not currently in the position to so custom individual sets outside of CM due to work commitments. If there are any requests, leave them in the comments below. I've also included some pastel shades for those editing the files with illustrator or another editing program, however, the base objects don't come in this colour scheme. I will still be adding more objects to the set, and have logged all requests from comments and messages in my ever-growing project list in Evernote. What's the update status? UPDATE - 44 new objects including farm and industrial objects, bringing the total to over 700. Improved file system - because boy, things were becoming a mess... What's New?
